This is to formally inform the concerned bidders that all relative procurement activities for the LOT BIDDING FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF AIRCONDITIONING UNITS are hereby suspended until further notice, due to the Public Health Emergency COVID-19 Pandemic as declared by Honorable Excellency, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte pursuant to Proclamation No. 922, Series of 2020. The suspension is in accordance with item no. 8 of GPBB Resolution No. 09-2020 issued by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) dated May 7, 2020.
If circumstances so warrant, a Notice of Resumption fo Procurement Activities will be posted on our official website: www.eamc.doh.gov.ph or in any conspicuous place in the premises of our hospital.
