This Supplemental Bid Bulleting shall be applicable for:
- RA 11469 or Bayanihan to Heal as One Act Emergency Procurement of Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of Nasal High Flow Oxygen Therapy Device.
This is being issued to clarify, modify and amend items/specifications in the Technical Specifications and Price Quotation
Changes in the technical specifications are as follows:
- Project name: Emergency Procurement of Supply, Dleivery, Testing and Commissioning of Nasal High Flow Oxygen Therapy Device
- Flow range: 2 - 60 Lpm (minimum range)
- Mobility: with hospital stand and at least 4 wheels, and pole mounting tray
- Heated Non-condensing Breathing Tubes/Circuit: Disposable
- HF Nasal Cannula Patient Interface: Small, Medium, Large, Tracheostomy connection adapter, Mask interface adapter
- Air Filter: 3 months maximum period of use
This Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall form part of the Technical Specification and Price Quotation. Any provisions in the Technical Specifications and Price Quotation inconsistent herewith is hereby amended, modified and superseded accordingly.
