The Section of Adult Pulmonology of the Department of Internal Medicine will now be accepting applicants for its Adult Pulmonology Fellowship Training Program.
Pre-fellowship and panel interview would be on July 2019 and the official start of the Fellowship Program would be in August 2019.

- Transcript of Records (Certified True Copy)
- Class Ranking (Medical School) (Photocopy)
- Certificate of Internship (Photocopy)
- PRC ID (Certified True Copy)
- PRC Certification (Certified True Copy)
- PRC Board Exam Rating (Certified True Copy)
- Certificate of Completion of Residency in Internal Medicine (Photocopy)
- Certificate as Fellow/Diplomate of PCP
- PSBIM Score
- RITE score for 2 years (if available)
- Certificate of Awards or Distinctions (Academic and Non-Academic) if any
- Certificate of Good Moral Conduct or NBI Clearance
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Training/Seminars attended after graduation (if any)
- Two (2) 2" x 2" ID pictures
- Three (3) contact references other than sources for recommendation letters
- Two (2) recommendation letters from IM Residency (Training Officer and a Pulmonologist from their institution)
