After the three years surveillance period, the Quality Management System (QMS) of East Avenue Medical Center (EAMC) was given full certification for ISO 9001:2008. Hence the journey did not stop, rather pushing the institution to further enhance its capacity to perform quality services to our stakeholders. September 22 and 29, 2017 the Certification Interntional Philippines (SOCOTEC) did the transition audit and first surveillance audit on EAMC's capacity to engage in the Risk Based Thinking, therefore certifying this institution to ISO 9001:2015 on an amazing 5 months transition period.
